Finally had the time to buy the game, got the special edition with free shipping and 20 dollars off, cant wait to play online

Is there something like collecting wargear for the TLS character in DoWII in SCII MP? A friend hinted that, he's a bigot though, decided to ask here.

Holy shit, I'm only 5 missions in to SC1, and now I want SC2.

The singleplayer in 2 is way better than in 1. Far more polished.

Ugh my game won't stop lagging badly unless texture is at low. I've played many games at very high settings before and never had this lag. Even going to medium makes it take 20 minutes to move my mouse from one side of the screen to the other. What exactly would I have to upgrade on my computer to stop it from lagging?

I seriously [sp]did not see that coming regarding Hanson, should have seen the signs sooner and why she was so picky over her people. Let's just say that twist caught me completely by surprise.[/sp] Man I love this game.

So does Nova (from SC: Ghost) have a role in this? (Don't spoil too much)

Is it normal to spend 2 hours on 1 mission? (SC1) I just did, and didn't even realize it until I was done.

Who would want to play an RTS in an ancient, flawed format, that has since been improved on and perfected by other developers? Look, I'm not saying SC2 is a bad game. I'm enjoying it a lot. It just suffers from Counterstrike syndrome. No matter how much you polish, you can't hide the fact that SC2 is pretty much just SC1 with better graphics.

Well I'm proud to come back to the thread after having beat the singleplayer. It was, simply put, [b]AMAZING[/b]. Two words: holy dickshit. All the cutscenes and the damn prerendered cg. Oh man.
