Why say also if you haven't posted anything before that?
Installing now, the install screen is epic

Shit, I'm picking up my Collector's Edition in a bit more than an hour, I am so psyched!

Christ when It completed, scared the shit out of me
Been playing it for a couple of hours now.
At the cantina you see see a night elf dancing in the hologram.
Pretty funny.
Also because we heard some people wanted to make it national starcraft day, my family and i are having a BBQ deticated to it, Man my family is funny.

Box is really nice and sturdy, plus the freebie poster was a nice bonus. Installing now!
Just one question.
Should I actually give a damn about this game?
I was never into RTS games in general except for trying out a few like Company Of Heroes. I get the feeling that buying this game or trying it out would be like playing another copy of Counter-Strike, (A FPS I personally hate) something specifically made for a niche audience with no mind for more normal or semi-casual players in mind.

the singleplayer campaign is made for people like you, and also the "challenges" are just short little missions with restrictions that slowly transitions from singleplayer rts gameplay, and changes it into fast, micro-managing multiplayer rts gameplay.
I'm afraid to play this because I've never been too good at online matches of strategy games
I like rts's but not the hardcore type.
But this game is soo worth it, It's got rpg elements in it.
Fuuuuck, I wish I got to go to midnight release.
Wow, I actually wasn't that excited for the singleplayer (the multiplayer is obviously where it's at) but holy shit this is surprisingly awesome. I like the armory system, and some of the tech upgrades you can get are really creative.

why are the servers down.... its like i went to the release for nothing.
The random little bonuses you get in the normal $60 box is a nice touch! I got 2 passes for people to play Starcraft 2 for 7 hours, and 2 passes for World of Warcraft, plus a large notepad for scribbles with a "Wanted" poster of Jim Raynor in the background. I love free stuff.
Its taking for ever to install.

Took me like 15 minutes.
Just played a couple of games, awesome :P
Just got back from the store. So I went to Gamestop without a preorder 15 minutes before it opened to sell the game and when it opened we where waiting in line for a few minutes while people bought theirs, pretty long line, and then the guy says everyone with a pre order has to make a seperate line and wait for people who have pre orders to buy theirs.... While this was happening my sister and my friend went to the Walmart across the street which actually was selling them at the time so I was like F this and went to Walmart. I got Starcraft 2 and the last free poster and walked past Gamestop to see everyone waiting and the manager gave me a grin ^^ haha, but that was most likely because right as I left Gamestop I said Starcraft 2 at Walmart LETS GO!!.
For some reason the game's not letting me install it because it says that
I'm not connected to the internet. Is anyone else having this problem?
