The ghosts EMP is an ability they have (you dont have to research it) what it does is i (thinK) it drains all their enemys energy ( or at least some of it) it also removes shields on enemys (I.E Protoss units) which makes them easy as fuck to bring down.

I like the concept, and it's good you blocked of the rich mineral fields to prevent players from expanding too early. But I agree with onox37 that you need to improve the textures. It looks pretty bland.
But it's a very small AOE and doesn't actually DO damage.

It pretty much does (against Zerg obviously not) against Toss its devestating small AOE or not.

The beta test battle has begun!
Just looked at the SC2 forums. It seems like its 3 to 1 in terms of VRs being OP versus easy to counter. Those who say they are easy to counter suggest marines with stims and vikings. In order to kill a void ray with a viking, it's always a 2 to 1 ratio. 2 vikings per 1 VR. Bullshit.
Void rays are gay as shit regardless how easy they are to counter.
not sure if this has been posted yet, but I found it interesting.

Aye, i had no trouble with it at all looks alot better in game than in the screenshots folks!, aside from my SCV getting trapped behind my refinary :v:
Rematch at some point, most definatly.
Ill also beta anything else people have to offer provided its EU side.

It was just strange, like you know after the finish a refinary they reappear outside it for a second and then being to harvest gas, it may have just finished it in an awkward position.

I'm not sure why you even bothered posting? If you wanted to say that the Dawn of War series was better why didn't you just post that in the Dawn of War thread? That's right, there isn't one.
Grrrrrrr, keeping myself doing that "mental checklist" is a pain in the dick. Kills me near the end of the game, I'm about to lose, and look up to see like 2500 excess resources. Frustrating as hell.
Also, warpgates, they just allow you to build units on a pylon? Been playing Protoss and keep hearing about "pylon proxy". What exactly is it?
when you research warp gate technology you can turn gateways into warp gates which basically spawn units near pylons/warp prisms at the location you click
so you can build a pylon near the enemy's base and have your units spawn there
