I did 300 on Urban warfare but I used a keybind to get my weapon choice - Kimber and UMP.

I hate that damn shotgun though. Too deadly.
The ump in third person makes you have to try to aim and control the gun and recoil.
Also I don't use the laser sight.

Revolver sounds are not working
M16 appears as a Rocket launcher sometimes. must be an issue with the class overrider
Camera shake is too harsh
Some weapons "at hip" blur looks bad
Sniper Rifle crashes some people's machines.
M249 is too easy to use.
Strafing and using the lean makes the EOTECH fall off the lenses
Weapon limits are harsh and not explained well.
Bullet time is weird
Need a way to turn off the Ghost Recon tracers after "cheating"
Mini-gun guys are overpowered.
MP5 and other weapons use the wrong ammo
MP5 model needs a suppressor
MP5 is too accurate
NPCs shoot shotgun too quickly.

Okay, a few things.
Mini-guns guys are fine.
Weapon limits are fine, if a bit odd. I can carry an M4 and a Minigun, but not a P90 and a Minigun?
M249 is too easy to use, yeah.
Camera shake is fine.
Oh and FreakyMe, you need Khorne's mapadd generator.
Is there any way to make respawning somewhat like HL2DM? I hate having to wait so long between deaths.
EDIT: Never mind, they have lua controlling the spawning (Woot).
I have a script that will randomly spawn you again when you die and tell how many kills you got, then reset the kills.
EDIT2: Damn, it doesn't seem to work like I had hoped.

Some thoughts from my opinion:
It's not that the M249 is easy to use, it's that there's too damn much ammo. Replace most of the M249s with MP5s or P90s because those are the rare guns.
Try to change EVERYTHING about the RPG7. There's no world model, it crashes virtually every time I fire it (1/20 FPS is unacceptable), it's just buggy as fuck.
Change the weapon limits script to have all assault rifles/SMGs (M4, MP5, UMP, etc.) as a primary weapon. I like holding a UMP and a shotgun at the same time. Also, since you can hold only one at a time, put more AWMs and RPGs in the maps.

The mod just freezes, I have to ctrl-alt-delete out of it and close it, it says not responding as well
I find my SMOD randomly crashes. It seems to happen when there are zombies involved.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Remove minigun/don't allow NPCs to use it, because it's impractical and annoying. It completely defeats the purpose of the "tactical" feel, plus it crashes my game every time someone starts shooting those things because it tries to load a gunshot sound for EVERY shot.

The only thing that annoys me about minigun guys is that they do not "charge up" the minigun like you have to. You walk around a corner and hundreds of bullets slam into you instantly.
Making the NPC's go through the charge up process will make them MUCH easier to take care of.

I attempted to remove the "loading" screen of doom by altering the .lua file from the mapadd folder for the map I was playing with.
I tried something very simple but it failed:

I'm going to make a patch suitable for Tactical, either other fixes, or just that speed fix. Not sure, depends on how quickly I can get Veteran Gamer to finish up some bug'ed models.
