I have played all 3, MAG is the best.
I've played a great deal of all 3 (well, the least amount I played of all 3 was BC2)
Mag; was broken and I hated it, 60$ for a MP only shooter that requires you to grind for hours to get to the next level, It's like a MMOFPS with grinding, only your grind sessions are limited to 30 minutes of dying and minimal killing.
BC2; was by far the best, the Sniper class as a whole is probably the only downside to this game, everything is balanced and works well.
MW2; bought this on boxing day after playing at a friends, It gets progressively worse as you play it, I only got up to First prestige level 45 and decided to sell it to afford RDR, which was a better investment.
BC2>MW2>MAG

MW2 when I feel like playing a shooter
BC2 when I feel like playing a shooter where my bullets don't work
Mag when I feel like playing a shooter with a gamepad (never).
I like the MW2 campaign a lot but I haven't really played multiplayer.

MW2 has even worse hit registration due to all the games being P2P. :v:
If you bothered fixing the interpolation values for BC2, the hit registration becomes spot on. The only problem is that a lot of servers are provided by companies that overload their systems which can cause a lot of server lag. Usually that is not the case.
MW2 MP has a really arcade feeling to it, and I like it. It's fun to play private matches with friends.

Popular theory if most of the games you get into have bad hosts, however my average experience from both games speaking, BC2 has much worse reg.
And I have tried every fix available, a lot of people have, but they still get shit reg. If you think BC2 has anything close to good reg you either do not play many shooters (very believable when you think about how bad most BC2 players are) or just incredibly lucky.
