I'm considering writing a letter to Blue Castle/Capcom telling them to keep the save system similar to the way it is. I really like it :(

I know this is one hell of a bump but I was looking for some Dead Rising related conversation and to update you a little on Dead Rising 2. As it stands Capcom will be making no public appearances involving travel ALL YEAR. They seem to be scared of Swine Flu and refuse to travel. This means we will hear no new news until the Tokyo game show in September. By that stage I guess the game will be more or less done. Honestly I don't know what to think. I guess we will have a better look at what the finished product could look, taste and smell like. But how do they expect to sell jack shit if they don't go anywhere? They speak about selling to the western world and Dead Rising is how they plan to do it but shit dude, if they want to sell to the western world they should at least go their.

Different colours. Looks like Multiplayer to me and it could be split screen by the look of it. Of course the other possibility is that Chuck has been sent to the zombie city as part of a publicity stunt for these Zombie fighting sickos.

He goes for a full charge at him but is impaled by predetor who is part of a group of three. They are fighting aliens infected by Venom (as in the Batman drug) we also have Venom (As in the spidey villain) infected with Venom. Spartans rush onto the scene duelling with the power rangers. The Rangers jump into a giant robot and fight Chuck Norris as Green Goblin fights Batman with Frank west at his side. Joker is having a light sabre fight with Spiderman on a roof for no good reason. Looks cool. [b]Now that IS a game[/b] may sound riddicioulous but I would buy that in a second. Tatsunoko sounds like satsuma.

If there's multiplayer hopefully there's Co-op.

The save system in Dead Rising was unlike any other and provided a huge fucking challenge which made the game fun. It's not just "Oh, I am about to get killed by this boss, let me hit start and save real fast so I can repeat this process as many times as I want without any consequence at all", it's "OHSHI- LOW ON HEALTH HUGE FUCKING CRAZY FUCKER WITH A MEAT CLEAVER, FUCK WHAT DO I DO WHAT DO I DOOOOO FFFFUUUUUUUUUU".

So, this one is definetly coming to the PC? Most awesome.

i liked dead rising's save feature. sure it was a little annoying at times, but i agree, it was interesting and presented a challenge without being fundamentally flawed.
