I did the genocide achievement, it was fucking hard but it still felt kinda worth it once I got the unlocked weapon thingie.

No, there's a note on the table at the end of the game. It tells about how he has a minor pilot license and he gets away in the chopper.
And I've done it the same amount of times as you - there's a note on the table at the end of the game under the security cams.

Military soldiers came into the security room from the roof, they didn't kill anyone in that security room, they put all the survivors in their helicopter. How do I know this? Otis' note claims, "A bunch of soldiers came in and started grabbing people." This happened before those two soldiers went and spoke with Jessie, who[sp]was a zombie and ate their throats.[/sp]With no return from the military guys, Otis decided to take control of the chopper and flew away.

I would like an optional "Fun mode" to be unlocked after you get the best ending which allows total free play with no time limit and no health decrease and optional survivors and bosses (toggled before the game starts).
If there is a Dead Rising 2 I don't want a damn time limit. The only thing I hated about the game.
To those talking about time limits, near the end of the vid the lady that warns about the quarantine says;
"This area will be completely sealed off within 72 hours"
So, it appears at the moment that the 3 day time limit is likely to stay. Good news for me since the time limit is one of the things I liked about the game.

Well Infinity Mode is alright on it's on, the survival game.
Dead Rising was just missing a true, from the start freeroam. In the main game you can do whatever the fuck you please, but I guess you're going to be missing a few things unless you do a few objectives.
There's no way in hell the hamster ball scene was faked.

fallout negroid, I got like end C with Dead Rising because I got back from the second last mission and was all "fuck it i'm staying in the safe room" so I did and waited out like 10 hours or something then went outside of the safehouse onto the roof and it was all "GET THE MEXICAN BABE TO THE SAFE ROOM LOLOL" and I had like 2 hours left so I was like FUCK.
