[b]Intel:[/b] Easiest one out of them all, simply go to the university every day for the classes, and if you're lucky you may even earn your money back via the scholarship event.
[b]Charm:[/b] Give change to the guitar player outside Skyke's Bar, get drunk, or simply buy a LOT of beer from 11/7. Having a wife also grants 1 Charm automatically everyday.
[b]Strength:[/b] Go to the Easy Gym early in the morning (5 AM if you bought both the clock + bed at Wallymart) and do the extreme workout provided by the chick in the corner of the gym. Getting into fights is also a good way to earn strength, victories usually provide about 10-15 strength along with special items, such as keys. Weight training isn't suggested due to the low rate of gaining strength, sometimes gaining nothing at all. If you REALLY need to raise it, eat a shitton of Grand Slams from McSticks.

I got two of those bird things but I'm pretty much stuck now.
