would i be able to be whitelisted i have been playing minecraft since very early alpha, I have ran 2 of my own servers a rp and a factions and finally I am a good builder
So is the drama over, because this is a fun server and we should do our best to keep it alive.
I was wondering if it'd be possible to start my own faction with my 3 IRL friends? (Salforon, Killrac and MrNewman) now that there are a few of us and there's a chance more will join. This has nothing to do with this war or anything and I'd happily donate lots of my iron to Oasis as a gesture of good faith, I'd just like to stick with this server but build a town and community fully with my IRL friends. We'd be open to applications to anyone else too of course.
Also what the hell is that thudding in the middle of Oasis? We trying to keep antlions away or something?
We have couple ideas about the future stuff. If you happen to get whitelisted, you are free to go and look around and join a faction if you prefer.
But at this moment, after reading about this [i]stuff[/i] what happened during Midsummer holidays.
As in a faction server, been inactive while Angus was away so I didn't want to just go around and jump around the whole god damn base.
We lacked glowstone for building project, but accessing Nether was impossible for me because buggy-aggressive Zombie pigmen with nice lag = they can hit you before you do. This combined with Hard difficulty, which makes them hit 13 damage per one hit. In short, two-shotting you. These have 20 health + 2 armor points - with diamond sword you could hit 7 on them.
Going bit off-topic there, but for certain people I wouldn't advice making any big projects right now.
At least Im not going to spend any more time in this server until certain changed have been made.

I've been playing since alpha (mainly private survival with friends) and have few guys to come around and play too.

you are free to make your own faction if you have the players online for me to do so
I still don't get why you haven't turned the difficulty down. Very few people actually want hard difficulty and we have been voicing even back when the server was based in Europe.

Actually on another side note out of curiosity how do you guys have the whole villager egg infantry thing? I run a PvP server myself and it sounds awesome and after an hour of Googling I can't seem to find anything. I completely understand if you don't wanna share though.
