I have to say, I'm not best pleased so far.
I was only allowed onto the server for around an hour or so, before getting banned with the reason "Read the Rules".
Apologies for stealing mere wheat and some plate armour and perhaps a head or two for a nice souvenir, but having an invisible admin ban me for theft isn't a part of the rules.
Rules:
[U]-No griefing/ bad behavior[/U]
Surely can't be THAT, I wasn't aimlessly destroying blocks, cheating, griefing, just theft.
[U]-Factions create their own laws and rules
Stealing and murders are faction's officials to handle. (If someone goes to total murdering rampage/ steals everythin on his path, it becomes an admin issue and admin KGB will hit him hard.)[/U]

Angmar is by no means desolate, just because you were on when the faction wasn't, doesn't mean you have free reign to do what you want.
The ban will be lifted because it's not under my control whether the rules get posted in the OP or not, but your belongings will be returned to their rightful owners

Thanks for lifting the ban, But if the town has no defences in place such as walls and whatnot, then I believe theft should still apply. Rogue or not, theft is theft.
And if my items are to be returned (a fuckload of Quartz) That would be nice. I took a while farming the stuff in the nether, and found that town's path to a nether portal which was ultimately my salvation. So whichever admin took that from me? Not cool.

there is no way to properly enforce faction theft so i am not going to deal with it at all
a faction is safe from theft because its just not plausible to regulate any other way

True, I can see where you're coming from with that.
But being banned by an invisible admin is a tad bit of a power-trip. He could at least alert me of his presence, especially if he's actually a member of that faction. Taking me on in person would have been acceptable, not using god powers.

You would have been banned regardless of what faction you stole from. Theft from a faction is against server rules, not in-faction rules, especially when no active players are online.
