Seriously though, everything in the chests is free to use, except diamonds, which you need to let people you are going to use. We can just run down and grab more iron, we can't do that with diamonds. Besides, you used nearly all of our diamonds to make 1 set or armor for yourself, with our telling anyone. Why did you think that would be ok?

I don't think you were on the server when I said it but I'll say it here too. I'm new to this kind of game type, so I presumed that everything in the factions chests were free to take, and everything in your own personal were not. And I didn't know that until someone came to me and told me to return the armor. And I did, along with other stuff too. And I learned my lesson, and I thought I could continue my life peacefully. Until apparently rest of the faction thought it was a good idea to burn down my property and steal[B] everything I had in my chests. [/B]And they did this without even warning me. They could've gave me a friendly warning at least before they did it. Lori told me they did this because I had more stuff in my personal chest than I had brought to the factions chest. And yes, that might be true. But I kept it there because I hadn't finished building abode. And besides I had brought loads of cobblestone, iron, and other shit up there too. And after that some admin killed me, resulting in me losing my diamond pickaxe with silky touch enchantment, my diamond pants with some enchantment, my double enchanted bow along with some other shit too. And those were built with my own mined diamonds.
And of course when I took the diamonds and made my armor I was going to mine new diamonds and put it in the faction chest. And before you guys burned down my house and took my belongings I was already on my way doing that.

Osku killed you not because you left or because you stole, but because you were griefing the forests with flint/steel. Honestly, I wouldn't have condoned killing you, and would've let you ride out your little revenge rampage since it's realistic I suppose, but hey, I can't take back what he did and you died long enough ago that the stuff despawned.
The issue with stealing from the faction is purely an in-faction conflict, not a server one. Nothing you did was against the server rules, and that's why you weren't banned or confronted. It was the faction's decision, not just mine, to exile you; it was a vote and that's what was decided. Any other faction can do that to any of their members just as we did that to you. Do not confuse my faction leader duties with my admin ones.
That being said, once you began griefing, Osku got involved and what happened then was his choice, not mine.
