I actually have a really cool idea for a spot on the map, just gotta wait for profan to wake back up, which means awhile I guess.

I DID make this thread, and then people decided the "doomish hate" bandwagon needed one last hurrah so I just gave up because I really honestly don't even care.

i made an underwater base. i had to set up my own private server to do it because omen only saved as .dat not .mine. heres the video. (i took a video because its semi big. and it also has a semi-functional airlock...

Actually, by default it preallocates a ton of memory even though it doesn't have to use it. If you want minecraft to use less memory, find the jar in appdata, then execute it via command line/shortcut with the following options
[code]java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -jar minecraft.jar[/code]
where 1024 is whatever you want the max memory usage of minecraft to be and 512 is the minimum memory usage, though it's thought to be more stable to set them both to the maximum.

Then I believe as you are installing the game or after you finished, you will need to create or log into your Ubisoft account (Sorry if you were hoping for steam keys), and after that you register the serial.
