Great now I'm curious as to what it was. Not sure I can be bothered to reapply to nerdy's server now, mutliplayers not that much fun yet, when mobs etc come in and it's got an actual aim instead of "build nice houses" I might reapply.

Are there any servers like Mineville, but without the whole "your buildings must look godly or else get the fuck out' attitude?
I'd like to play survival with people, without having everything demolished because it's blocky or something, and without looking like the server had bombs go off everywhere.
