Dude you write a couple of paragraphs and include a picture. I didn't invest too much time into it and I got in, best SMP server I've been in. no fire, no tnt everywhere, no everyone in full diamond, no griefing.

Everyone should REALLY take the time, Nerdys server is great and the rules sound strict but aren't.

Notch openly admitted on his first public minecraft video it was a clone, and didn't pubically release it untill Infiniminer went open source. he then proceeded to improve apong it and make it vastly different.

Thats not the point, the point is that Notch only released minecraft when Infiminer became open source, and then he proceeded to innovate and change it. There's a massive difference between that and manic digger, get that in your head
