Over at Cozworld, we have our own private server that is now accepting applications, we don't have any of the constraints that Nerdy's has. I heard they have a issue with player limits, not over here! PM me if anyone wants more information.
Anyway, I hope that Notch implements the Monsters, and the day/night cycle soon enough because I am seriously ready for it, I'm tired of how SMP is right now.

that happened twice to me, one time underneath it, and 1 time before i played 1 minute in a new world (spawned in a snowy world, and right away all sand around me collapsed, revealing a dungeon)

Was I banned from Kabookie's server or something? Everytime I try to connect I get the error "Connection Refused: Connect".
Is anyone aware of any way to query server status such as players? anyone know any working web interfaces?

Strangely, no.
My computer's power supply fried earlier today, so pretty much all I can play now is Minecraft on my brother's old junker of a laptop. I can't even play it in a decent resolution, but it's all I can really do 'till I get a new PSU.

I came across a double dungeon that was starting to look like a triple dungeon. It was so vivid, so intense. Full on double dungeon.

I made a giant wooden fort, which was roughly 80 blocks in width, and fifty in length. It took me the most part of a week to complete it, considering I'm very new to Minecraft.
I thought it'd be a good idea to make a moat and fill it with lava...

I find it funny how everyone making a private server now is trying to one up me. But hey free advertise meant I guess. Also player limit is not an issue and has never been.
PC died and I lost my save where I had done the most. Might wait till the next feature addition before starting again, hope to see weather/seasons and mob villages at some point plus more terrain.
