He's been off-track lately, and he needs to fix major bugs before he adds new features. It's his [i]job[/i] to release updates. We are his customers. You guys don't seem to understand that. We paid money to play the game in a buggy, unfinished state so that we could see what was being done to fix it and to perhaps influence the development somewhat.
This is Notch's only source of income at the moment, therefore he needs to keep his customers [i]happy[/i]. Just because we criticise an update that has been released doesn't mean we hate Notch/Minecraft/Indie developers/your mom. It means that we want to get our moneys worth for a game we paid for.

He went to an indie convention for fun last week. And he's going somewhere else for fun next week. Then he's going to America for possible job at Valve or other places.
