Probably. Still, they could've had a ton of different ways to represent thrall, I bet someone knew what Thrall meant and decided to use the idea in the backstory. Just what I think, no need to make this turn into an argument.

Feels like the questing in cataclysm is alot better now, when we are not doing "kill 10 of these", of course.
