i probably don't as you seem to be under the impression that a weapon that increases a hunters dps somehow equals him turning into a lock that buffs the raid

It was changed in 3.3, and as gb said the world is shaking as well sometimes etc so it kinda has started already, just not in a really noticeable way

The shakes are way more noticeable in the Cataclysm Beta, violent shakes occur every 15 minutes or so in Stormwind I noticed.
