The key reason they added two leveling zones was due to PVP servers being unplayable in the week following TBC release.

If I do all my argent dailies i can earn about 200g a day, so in a week that's me bumped up to 1.4k gold. And surely it isn't hard to do one or two instances a day alongside that.

average daily is 13.26g a peice

25 dailies a day = 331.5 gold

7 days = 2320g

I never bother with the hodir dailies or the frenzyheart / oracle ones.
