I don't think you can change the name of your bnet account.
Atleast I couldn't find where.
You can add billing addresses with a new name etc but the name to your primary address will probably be the name displayed when posting.
My RealID seems to be bugged, it doesn't show what realm/zone/whatnot my friends are on, only what level they are. Does anyone have a fix?

as much as i don't like this realid on the forums (which i don't use) everybody seems to be under the impression that companies will suddenly be able to find you and care so much that you play a game, that they won't hire you for it, heck in the UK my freind got into working at gamestation, (a game store) BECAUSE he plays games and let them know that. its not always a bad thing

Not everyone is gonna apply for a game store and there are jobs where personal security has a high priority.
Also, they (Blizzard) said it themselves that this is only the beginning. That they had bigger plans.
I don't like the forum change but then again I never posted a lot there and certainly won't post once the change happens. However if this evolves into the game. Like for example CTRL-clicking on a name in tradechat and get the guys real name... Then what?
Of course if all the bigger communities collaborated together and all changed their Real ID name to one name, now that would be an interesting way to tell Blizzard to go fuck themselves.

Yeah just checked, such an event has not occured on Alpha or Beta realms, most likely a private server shot sorry
also note that the screenshot is taken on patch 3.3.5, going off the new chat box which hasnt been implemented in cata test versions yet
this only leaves PTR and private servers
