so I'm bad level 69 druid, got 1000 gold so I was like fuck it let's get dual spec and get resto healed my first instance ever, utgarde keep, and realized I'm horrible we wiped twice (once on the boss) but I think the worst part was how many times our melee dps died (just the rogue) too bad I can't find any nice, clean and updated healer UI's off WoWinterface that I like since the current one I use is kind of terrible for it [editline]07:53AM[/editline] lol and I heard healing 5 mans was really easy

ummm... like i said... just get healbot, never click a button on your keyboard again.

The UI isn't difficult. All you need is Grid. Clique will also help. A healer UI is the same as any other UI, they just have a very central healing addons such as Grid or Healbot. Personally I think Healbot is fucking terrible, but that's only my opinion. Get Grid, have it set up nicely, watch the frames and try and predict damage. Stay on top of things and make sure you're also watching what's happening in the game. Make sure you know what type of boss you're fighting, what he does, and where your group mates are standing. Do not use any damage spells whatsoever, don't ever attempt to do anything offensive. Stay in tree form and heal. Bind all your heals to your most used buttons. Q, E, 1-4. Buffs and things can go on the num-pad. As a druid, have your HoTs up, certainly on the tank. Don't be discouraged because a rogue or mage dies. They get fucking destroyed pretty often. Make sure you give a quick look at their gear and stuff, so you can expect them to die a few times and not feel horrible about it. Also, something that all good healers do, is have a healing priority. Healing priority basically means who you heal first, and last. First is always the tank, and depending on your gear, you could be second. Check who puts out the most DPS and make them higher on the priority than the other DPS. If you have a friend with you, who you know is either good or bad at the game, you can place them lower or higher on your priority by that. Good luck! Also, you're a druid... can't be that hard.

Also I suggest using grid and clique, I find it alot more user friendly, and a lot more customisable. this is my healing UI (there is a guide on how to do it on the website, just look around) [img]http://i25.tinypic.com/2uqn7tx.jpg[/img] rejuv top left, regrowth top right and life bloom in the middle. When I was healing for my lowbie friends Utgarde Keep runs I had trouble with MDPS dying as well. The Runecasters do a PBAOE that hurts melee pretty badly, I lost one or two in the few runs I did.

Fuck druid leveling is so boring at 63, does it get any better ?

Oh man, just had the best DK tank he had put points into EVERY talent in unholy, got insulted when I asked why, and fell back to the classic insults like "ur gay lol and go fuck yourself"

i had a male belf DK yesterday called "leetskillz" sadly, his skillz were not as leet as his name made me think. :p

DK Tanks suck ass 99% of the time, My whole WoW career has been hindered by 12 year olds who think it's a good idea to run a DK and just spam their AoE attacks... it doesn't fucking work in larger raids, I only know one good death knight myself

If you want to go resto, start stockpiling healing gear and respec at 68, then start healing dungeons. 70-80 dungeon healing is fast, almost instant groups and great XP.
