Today I went to Heroic Nexus on my mage. Shadow Priest Healer, Arms Tank, Balance Druid who spent most of his time as a BEAR, and a rogue with 2500 GS. Who goes to a heroic with 2500 GS?

Even knowing tactics you're still not gonna figure it out unless you did it at least once.

Why do people say that? If everyone knows tactics and their roles, there's no reason not to down a boss the first time.

On the note of dinging 80 the same day, about 3-4 hours of questing / 2 hours of random dungeons away from hitting 80 on my resto druid.

Its the nexus, which is so easy now.

Nexus is my favourite instance due to being so easy :)

What should I do replace [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=49991#]Shoulders of Mercy Killing[/url] or [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=50011#]Gunship Captain's Mittens[/url] with a mage T10 item

Either way with standard T10 its very likely to be a downgrade unless you achieve a new set bonus.
