at this point you can zerg sindragosa 10 last phase under bloodlust and ignore the debuff (but still break tombs) if the dps is good

It's a random stat belt, like "of the eagle" or "of the necromancer" etc.

you could just make macros to change into the presances, with the old symbols to use, to make it easier to adjust
It shouldn't be too hard to get used to it.
But I guess now level 60 DK's will finally use frost presence in random instances :allears:
