Just got 16k from selling 2 ICC BoE's on the AH, Seeing as i have no use for gold lately, should i get the Mechano-hog or the Traveler's Mammoth?

the mammoth has vendors, the hog does not.
the mammoth cant fit through small doors, the hog can.
I would go with the mamoth imo.
If you plan to level as fast as you can in Cata, get the mammoth. I would assume having a mobile repair/reagent vendor will be priceless.

Can I go into Zul' Drak at 75? I'm a destro warlock, heirlooms and all 150+ ilvls. Also, are they bringing back the vanilla honor system in Cata? Like, titles? DHKs? That was the shit. I was a High Warlord before I got a keylogger and... :(

Yes to both questions.
Yes they ARE bringing titles back, and im pretty sure dhks are coming back too, and i believe you can go into zul drak at 74.
Zul'Drak is a level 74-77 instance so yes, you can get into it.
Some of the PvP titles are coming back but not all of them, not sure if DHKs are coming back yet or not, hopefully they are. That'd help stop ganking.

i've found out i can't level anything other than healers, it's what i'm best at and i find it a bit more fun than tanking, infinitely more fun than dpsing
