Yeah PvP is still kinda fun, aslong as you have enough resilience, but you need to do alot of icc raiding before you can get enough badges to buy relentless..
I can't think of ONE good thing about endgame wotlk..

badges to buy relentless? You can just buy it with honor and arena points can't you
I don't think PvPers are forced to do any PvE for gear, with the exception of weapons

Good call.
You don't get need to get relentless to be useful in PVP. I do just fine in furious + Relentless/Wrathful offpieces. Got most of it from honor/arena points and two or three of the main pieces with Triumph.

you even thought about that? I'm surprised. Emberstorm is such a shitty battlegroup, and to top it off you'll hardly find any decent arena partners here.
