Stop talking about shit you don't know about. I've done quite a few repruns/grind runs on ICC 10 but once you're saved for a raid you're saved.
And to prevent you from making yourself look even more stupid: I meant you're saved when you do bosses, not everyone raids at the last moment, and in fact, let me spoil it for you, a lot of people raid at Wednesdays.

"Dps increase" is an unused and invalid value.

I in fact never said haste was better then hit rating while under hit cap, I just stated that 40 haste is gonna give you more value then 20 hit rating, and if you had similair pieces of equipment, one with 40 haste extra and the other with 20 hit, hitcapped or not, you should go for the haste one.
How is that graph inaccurate anyhow.

I stepped foot into ICC10 and 25 this morning, I pulled nowhere near that low of DPS as a new-comer, and I knew all the fights just by doing a little research and using common sense. So don't pull the "new to ICC" excuse.

All I am saying, from personal expiecence, not having hit and missing 2 second arcane blasts is a huge drop in your DPS.

the way you worded your argument is that spell hit isn't important, but your previous post was an entirely different situation.
i was under the impression that you were advocating larger amounts of hit to be sacrificed in place of haste
