That's not right, Nigel is left handed you silly
Says who?
Ambulance mode is ten times better. Can't wait to ace these operations.
I don't understand why people had trouble with graphics on the Ambulance, I got pretty good FPS for a pretty mediocre build, I mean jeez 3.0 GHz Dual Core isn't that much.

Got all the way through space. Brain transplant was tough in the ambulance, I've already got problems not beating him to death. But I got through. Space was really fun, when I found that one scalpel sitting behind the heart box. I'd lost everything.
i wanna do brain surgery in space. how hard can it be?
It's weird they don't include the other surgeries to have space versions. I've also noticed the Ambulance doors aren't flipping open anymore. Tips to A++ Ambulance brain surgery? It's my last one.
It seems the heart surgery is the hardest for me; I was able to breeze through everything else, a D on Heart, B on kidneys (damn left kidney), A on brain, D on Ambulance Heart, A++(!) on ambulance kidney, and a D on Ambulance brain. I'll try to work on my blood loss.
Take your time, no rush. Try and grasp scalpels so that you can see where the blade is going. And look at the floppy disks to see where exactly your cuts should go so you spend less time mindlessly stabbing him waiting for the organ to drop.
So how is the frame rate in the ambulance?
Generally better.
Ambulance framerate is better now. Brain Ambulance is a bit iffy still for me though.
How the hell do I "throw everything on the floor in the brain transplant surgery"? I've done it 4 times so far and haven't gotten the achievement.
i'm pretty sure someone already said this but a cooking simulator would be pretty great
I feel like that is something you should just do in real life if it interests you.
I feel like that is something you should just do in real life if it interests you.
I believe he is talking about a cooking sim with the gameplay of surgeon sim, which is something you should never attempt to recreate in real life.
plane piloting sim that is set in the cockpit and uses the surgeon simulator engine plz.
plane piloting sim that is set in the cockpit and uses the surgeon simulator engine plz.
Uh... Unity?
Uh... Unity?
i presume he meant the hand mechanics
plane piloting sim that is set in the cockpit and uses the surgeon simulator engine plz.
Like a 3D envirobear with planes?
Bossa Studios Ltd [developer] Apr 24, 2013 @ 2:52pm The answer to this right now is - we don't know. We'd love to add more stuff to the game - perhaps not necessarily what you mentioned, but we have lots of ideas we'd like to show you all. At the moment though - we can't really say what's going to happen. Wouldn't want to promise you anything that we won't deliver. ~ The Creators of Surgeon Simulator 2013
At least it's something [editline]25th April 2013[/editline]
I believe he is talking about a cooking sim with the gameplay of surgeon sim, which is something you should never attempt to recreate in real life.

I believe he is talking about a cooking sim with the gameplay of surgeon sim, which is something you should never attempt to recreate in real life.
SAYS WHO?!
COOKING MAMA! TWO!
My last problems are the Brain Ambulance, after that I just have to calm the patient. It doesn't ever register for me though.
This gets a insane amount easier once you know that you can just jam the green syringe into his face to stop the bleeding. Unless you're going for the A+ ranks, hacking away at him and then immediately stopping the bleeding without a second care is trivially easy.
Am I really expected to get an A++ in the Brain Ambulance with the Laser? It's almost fucking impossible. I haven't even gotten close to getting an A++ with it yet.
Oh yeah ambulance syringe just fucking stab me mid-flight thats fucking perfect
Wonder if they'll do a DLC for medevil surgeries, or Civil War ones! Amputation ho!
