Wow, prototype is really shitty when compared to the current version. I played that btw, once i finished a surgery i never touched it again.

Completed all the levels including ??? with only a single failure on my first actual run through of the game. God this is addictive. :v:

This needs to have more levels outside of surgery The possibilities of the game mechanics are endless

Just remember their limitations. You can expect new tools, new environments to do surgery, and more types of surgeries... However they're still a small group of developers, so don't expect them to easily be able to make things as advanced new game mechanics like driving vehicles and stuff. I also doubt they're ever going to stray from the title of the game and make gamemodes where you don't perform surgery.

Yeah it would be weird for a 'surgey simulator' to have a bunch of car and plane minigames in it But I'm thinking they could maybe pull a farm simulator and just make a whole shitload of different sims Those farm simulator guys really do have a fucktonne of simulators

How the fuck do you do the kidney surgery? I haven't been able to get farther than smashing the ribcage after about 6 times of trying. How are you supposed to cut the colons? There are no spots to cut and it doesn't do shit, it's pissing me off. I have honestly been stuck on the kidneys for a couple days. This game is bullshit.

I got stuck there for a couple hours too, until i knifed the shit out of his insides and got a D.

Has anyone figured out if there's a way to dial numbers on the phone? There's all the notes in the various surgeries with phone numbers but pushing buttons on the phone doesn't seem to do anything.

I don't think it does anything. I've tried too.

how does one achieve an A++ in kidney surgery? I got an A in it just now losing less than 100ml of blood but it took almost 9 minutes. do I just need to do it faster?

well I got an A++ in kidney and heart surgey, an A in brain and all ambulance surgeries, and an A++ in space I feel quite accomplished, but my hand hurts now

So I just bought this and the textures are really low-res. I can't even read the text in the options menu and toggling high quality textures does nothing. Help?
