I can't seem to complete the "Like an animal" achievement where you throw everything on the ground during a brain transplant. Tried to do it around 10 times now and it's the last one I need. Any advice?

If I'd actually recently watched Meet the Medic, that operation would've been much easier. Fun nonetheless, and actually managed to reach the sandvich and replace his stomach also...

How do you heal him? The medic gun does nothing.

I didn't manage to get a picture because it didn't cross my mind but I somehow just managed to make the entirety of Heavy's ribs just explode out from his chest in one big clump. I even got the 'Remove all of the rubs' achievement because of it. They didn't break at all, just kind of fell out.

Biggest gripes with the new update: The medigun is very difficult to control, as it spins around constantly despite my pathetic attempts to move the lever in the correct direction. It took several minutes to get the damn thing into position to charge up his heart. As stated before, it's extremely difficult to get his ribcage apart. If the game doesn't magically shatter the ribs with a gentle massage from the wrench, then it's nigh impossible to get it open without any proper tools, like the pizza cutter thingy from the normal surgeries. Finally, Archimedes is a patronizing bastard. I spent about fifteen minutes trying to launch a piece of heart at him using the Loch Ness Hamster's heart, but the pieces always miss. Damn that bird. Other than that, it's an exceptionally nifty piece of new content, and all for free, too. [editline]23rd June 2013[/editline] Also, my achievements aren't unlocking for some reason. I did a brain surgery in thirty seconds, yet it didn't unlock it. *sigh*
