Surgeon Simulator 2013 V1: Pop some pills and pull up a chair. This glass shard will help me replace

Brain Surgery in the Ambulance lags me to the point of unplayability.
Spend 11 minutes trying to grab and move the fucking left kidney
Its just IMPOSSIBLE to grab
And then it took more time to grab the new one and get it into the right spot without it rolling to the bottom
GOD DAMN IT MAN JUST GRAB THE GUTS
Can't wait for more surgeries
I never get motion sick in games, but the ambulance levels make me feel pretty sick.
Gah... fuck the kidney surgery, I can't grab the left one no matter. This game is a lot harder than the old version. I'm also sort of annoyed by some of the bugs, like items getting stuck inside your hands or in your patient... and I wish you could force him to push his hands further in because often it feels like he's just hovering above the thing I want to grab when when I'm pushing down.

I successfully made a heart transplant with only a hammer and a piece of glass :v:
Holy flying fuck, I managed the kidney surgery with 250ml blood left

Use the knife with the oval thingie on the left side of the table, and try to push it around to somewhere it's possible to pick it up

I managed the heart surgery on the ambulance now. I got the pink disk about the syringes. Apparently the green one slows blood flow but cause hallucinations, and the blue one increases blood flow and stops hallucinations. So basically... maybe the green one can be used on the patient to slow the rate of blood flow, and if you accidentally prick yourself with the green one, pricking yourself with the blue one is the antidote

The big intestine needs to be cut right at the bottom left end and a bit further up on the bottom right end. You can make out where you gotta cut because there's a slightly darker/red spot. Except the bottom left spot is tucked right in so you might not make it out.
It's currently 6 dollars, and there are much more levels, new stuff, and the first mission had some organs added like the stomach and liver?.
Oh yeah, blue syringe is evil. Idk what it is supposed to be but it increases blood loss.
Blue syringe cures the drug trip.
Sweet, I managed kidney surgery on ambulance... it was even easier than on normal since the ambulance moving the intestines around made it easier to get rid of the annoying ass kidneys

Holy shit the part with the drill made me laugh my fucking ass off
I'm hoping for some performances fixes, I can't play ambulance because it lags so hard. Unless anyone here has suggestions.

Yay :D
Why isn't it completing the kidney surgery? I threw both kidneys in there, nothing's happening. :v:
EDIT: Aha, I have to actually put them in somewhat the right place.

I think this is where that goes.

excuse me but his head is now full of things as it was supposed 2 be, also closed it with a jar lid and it's still not done???
You guys want the OP to feature in game screenshots from your operations instead?
Tempted to pick this up with the last of my dosh, any word on how the devs intend to support this title as time goes by?
A healthy stream of new ops would certainly make the decision easier.
Bought it. Hope the game gets updates (new scenarios, tools and things like that), loving the game.
I finally got a A++ on the heart transplant :D

Anyone else wondering what happened to Nigel's voice? I remember the free version having him constantly making panicked comments and such, but haven't heard a single word from him in this version
My game keeps crashing randomly.

They went with the Half-Life approach in order to make it more in-depth, so you can be the surgeon.

Probably this. So you can be all "Mwahahaha" without him screaming "OH GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE"

I always imagined he was some sort of schizophrenia or something. He'd be all like "Mwahaha, kill it!" and the very next second "OH GOD WHAT I HAVE DONE!"
Obviously I, the player, would be his darker side.
Got A's on Kidney and Brain Transplants. If you actually take your time and be careful, you can go without losing much blood.
