I used a spoon on the right one, dropped the spoon used the other spoon to get the left one, dropped it by accident I ended up poking the left kidney with the pencil to get it out

Does anybody else find the surgical laser awesome but horribly impractical? I tried the laser during brain surgery and it accidentally got caught in one of the holes in the skull and ended up frying his brain

oh my god ahahhahah I got through the kidney surgery and brain surgery now im trying to do the heart transplant in the ambulance, the syringe full of blood thinner bounced up an dlanded in teh cavity and he sstarted bleeding at 113 ml/s and i tried to grab the coagulant syringe and it flew out the back with the replacement heart

What exactly do I do to get wet paper towel? Just throwing the heart seems to do nothing.

God damnit I was SO CLOSE to completing the ambulance kidney transplant, then I stabbed myself with a syringe, and a minute later the game crashed. Also, protip for ambulance levels: Drop the green syringe inside your patient. When it bounces around it will keep his bleeding down :v:

It didn't save my operation I did on kidneys so now I have to try again for A++. Still wont even after a second try.

Knowing the needles are useful is a game changer for me. Makes it easier knowing I can save him. Anyone else find Ambulance mode unplayable due to immense lag?

Occasionally during brain surgery my beakers explode for no reason and the shards kill the patient brainally.

brain surgery with the bonesaw is quite annoying half the time the bonesaw jerks the hand and ends with the blade right in the brain resulting in instant death lol guess I better try the laser

I don't fucking get this. So I'm at the kidney transplant operation. I rip EVERYTHING out, somehow manage to get the left kidney out too, put the new kidneys in and the operation still doesn't end there. Am I supposed to put everything back in?
