The doctor is in, baby!
Does anyone know where I can find the music for this?
Going through the game files and extracting the music, anyone want me to upload?
Can you extract other things? Like config files? I want to mod this game something fierce.
i got my first A on the space mission. Mostly because of the one guy in this thread who said to turn the drill on that is the best fucking tip ever.

It was really hard to do this in one go, and I think I beat my previous time too.

those hands
I bet you get all the bitches
[sp]And then you 'accidentally' amputate their vaginas and reattach it to their brain[/sp]
I'd like to see something like extracting stuck objects, like a pole through them. Microsurgery would be interesting.
I want to do a demake of this game called Surgery Simulator 1013 with leeches and trepanning and such.

Also fuck Ambulance Kidneys
[editline]22nd April 2013[/editline]
I would like to see mores stuff with bones also, Like a broken foot or leg or something, Tumors would be fun also.
So, I've accidentally managed to inject myself every single time I start a new operation. You haven't tried hard until you're hallucinating in the back of an ambulance.
Don't forget to give the power outlets a poke with a scalpel for extra fun! :v:

I swear half the time I failed that operation was because one of the kidneys left the damn ambulance.
Most annoying op by far. Not even space was that grating.
Also, when you start the space op the first thing you should do is slam the heart container shut. It will open on its own, but veeeery slowly.
That way you don't have to worry about a heart in your face or out of reach.
What if there was helicopter surgery, too? During a hurricane of course. Instead of just bouncing around, things would slide from side to side, temporarily disobey gravity, etc. as the helicopter is tossed around by the wind.
That would be a very challenging way to combine space and the ambulance concepts.
So I was going for A++ on the ambulance brain transplant operation and I had just got done carefully cutting around the skull with the saw when the ambulance violently jumped and this happened...

They should make an operation take place on the deck of a boat during a storm.
I want to see a video of Nigel tripping balls. Derealization sounds like a hell of a side effect.
Here is episode 3.

I find this frustrating as fuck
I can't pick things up no matter what I do
How did I manage to get A++ on the kidney surgery while on the ambulance :v:
I can barely even do the regular kidney surgery so I have no idea how I'm going to pass it in the ambulance now

I love how the brain jumps just as you're about to grab it and you catch it in mid-air. :v:

My suggestion is that you practice kidney surgery in the operating room until you get comfortable with it before you do it in the ambulance.
I'll give laser brainsurgery a try :v:
I love how 80 percent of space surgery is patiently waiting for your trusty drill to bring you what you need. Or grasping futilely at that scalpel/heart that's JUST out of reach.
[editline]21st April 2013[/editline]
We need kidney/brain surgery in space.
I'm such a good surgeon!

"KALI MA! Shit, wrong organ."
-never mind, got it in-

First time I did the ambulance kidney transplant I accidentally injected my wrist with the green syringe and I've been tripping balls the entire time.
At some point I had to choose between the two syringes to stop the patient's bloodloss and because of the filters I actually couldn't tell which was which.
[editline]22nd April 2013[/editline]
The worst is doing the space heart transplant, going all the way through with little to no bloodloss, only to notice the replacement heart slowly drifted out of reach.
Space surgery is easier than most think, it's just laid out more that you have to manage your stuff first before going head on to the operation. Just close the heart box first, lay out all the tools you need around the upper corners, preferably right side, turn on the drill and then operate. Optionally try to stick the green syringe close onto the patient, and you should be done within 30 seconds to a minute.
Poor Bob he didn't even last 2 seconds in the hands of Nigel :v:

Don't worry dude. While precision cuts will be harder and there's more room for accidents, the ambulance mode makes it one hell of a lot easier to remove organs, which is particularly useful with the otherwise painfully annoying to remove kidneys.
I guess I should post what happened in my first hour and a half of playing this game here :v:
I managed to do the Heart and Kidney surgeries on my first go, though both took me half an hour (being careful as fuck).
The Brain surgery, however, lasted 2 minutes and 37 seconds. First I accidentally lasered the patient in the face before managing to turn it off, then I stopped him bleeding with the needle, only for it to get jammed in my fingers causing me to drug myself by mistake. Somehow I thought using the tomahawk thingy to break his skull open was a good idea.
He died.
I'm a bad person.
Just got this game, streaming for giggles at www.twitch.tv/jakeam93
