Story mode sounds like it would suck balls, but I would like on the spot emergency surgery missions
The Steam version is hard as heck!
They should have a mode where you're in a evac helicopter.
this game is actually pretty fun
So I was recording a episode where I do a heart transplant in an ambulance. I stopped halfway through because of framerate issue. Fucking physX and being a slow ass piece of crap on ATI cards. Edit: oh come on fraps get on the ball and record my voice. Dammit now I have to start over. Also this.
Have you tried DxTory?
No, I turned off voice capture when I was recording a quick KSP thing so I just thought I re-enabled it.
DXTory makes my videos all have weird artifacts even with 100 quality settings.
The stupid towel makes me laggy until I I get rid of it. Ambulance mode is ad until some stuff gets lost out the back. Then it smooths up till I get through his ribs. I almost got through the Ambulance Heart Transplant until I learned I lost the heart. Why must all indie games I get run badly. I've had fun though trying to lose less blood on the others though.
Why not a mode in a combat zone where explosions can injure the patient and throw everything around?
Does anyone else inject the patient with the syringe on their face? I find it the easiest place to do it.
Stabbing them in the liver/brain seems to do the trick too. It also depends on how much force you put into the stab.
Vasectomy surgery, breast enlargement surgery.
Needs much more precise surgery, like eye surgery.
what the hell, surgeon simulator '13 was so easy when it was the freebie one but now i'm AWFUL at it, oh god oh god i don't even know what i'm doing with the kidney transplant one
You fucking kidding me Trying to do the kidney transplant in the ambulance Almost got them both in Dropped the second in, WHOOP SUDDEN BUMP, kidney bounces off his ribcage and out the back door :suicide: [editline]22nd April 2013[/editline] YES I DID IT [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/8664592/ShareX/2013-04/Surgeon_Simulator_2013_2013-04-22_23-20-06.jpg[/t]

how the fuck do you do kidney surgery you cant remove the intestines, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE
But if you answer the phone in the reception the person on the other end complains about you bringing in bloody foot prints and he is awake and fine there.
maybe he "sleepwalks" when he's unconscious as a side-effect of the pills? Psychological Thriller Simulator 2013
how the fuck do you do kidney surgery you cant remove the intestines, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE
I found that randomly stabbing Bob with a scalpel is an effective way of removing his intestines. :v:
how the fuck do you do kidney surgery you cant remove the intestines, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE
Cut the slightly red colored parts of the intestines to sever them. I've posted a few images 1 or 2 pages back that shows in game where you're supposed to make the cuts and the recommended tools to use (the floppy disks are tutorial images)
Id like to see opening people up, fixing stuff inside, and closing again.pretty much trausma center but with surgeon simulator controls, with a ridiculous bomb diffusing mission too
How about a surgery mission where you need to take out all the organs to diffuse a bomb. Or a mission where you perform surgery on yourself.
Well, just beat the game. I have to admit, I don't think it's worth $10. They should just keep the launch price of $6
I just really hope they will update with more content.
Considering that there IS a dev blog for the game, i suppose they will. I mean, why would you have one if you wont work on the game? [editline]23rd April 2013[/editline] I have a strange feeling that im being dumb again
They should make a level where you have to swap organs between two people. Cut it out from Bill, put it into Bob. Also, someone was asking about the soundtrack earlier: http://blackheron.bandcamp.com/album/surgeon-simulator-2013-ost
How do you get the black disc? [editline]23rd April 2013[/editline] Ah nevermind.
For some reason I got a B while under those effects, and a D while clean. Also I found getting the black floppy disk into the machine was harder than the actual level it puts you in.
Damn you, I wanted to be the first one to brag about this achievement :v: [sp]I hate the syringe significantly more than the electricity, it makes cutting the brain stem hard as hell. I also lost once last night when the only thing left to do was put in the new brain BUT IT COULDN'T FUCKING GET MY HAND IN THE GODDAMN BRAIN JAR[/sp]

Yay :D I mostly used the laser, aside from the brain stem... where I used a scissor, and sadly that was the part I lost most blood from... How the devil do you efficiently cut the brain stem? The axe is just fucking ridiculous, I can't fit that in there without hurting the hell out of him Anyway, what are the requirements for A++?
My best heart surgery run WOOHOO. [editline]23rd April 2013[/editline] Lost under 400ml of blood in a heart transplant surgery that lasted under 2 minutes.
