Most bloodloss would probably come from the ribcage breaking. Also, green syringe is your best friend. Stops bloodflow

You need to electrocute yourself and inject yourself with the green syringe within the first 20 seconds of starting the operation. I'm pretty certain it might also be cancelled if you cure yourself with the blue syringe. If you're not drugged and electrocuted by the time the timer in the left corner hits 20 seconds, you will not be able to get the achievement. So yeah, it's not meant to be an easy feat.

Ok, this is frustrating as hell. I've spent ten fucking minutes ruining an otherwise nearly perfect run on the left kidney. The spoon has failed. How the fuck am I supposed to get this damn thing out? The spoon can't get under it. The hand only grabs the green thing. I'm somewhat annoyed by this. How the fuck do I get it out?

I saw a video of a guy doing a very clean operation and to grab the left kidney he cut away the rib over the left kidney to give his hand more free movement I think

So this time, I managed to get the left kidney out due to the fact that there were bits of bone on it, and the physics engine decided to launch it out the moment I severed it from the body because of that. So that you can do even better the next time you try that surgery.
