We need something to cordon the ground off and have Dog fights
We need something to cordon the ground off and have Dog fights
Use the green borders that you close maps off with.

Still trying to figure out what going on at 4:59. Gravity manipulation seems too crazy to be it. is some other guy, in monitor form moving the piece while he walks on it?
I just realized that since the map is so big you can have huge progressional multi-stage maps that span the whole damn thing.
It's not gravity manipulation, the map was created tilted. He turned around 180 degrees and looked up but it looks strange in a world that's 20-45 degrees off.
Oh, yeah, that makes more sense. I actually tried to do something like that in H3 forge. Then I remembered I sucked at making things in H3 forge. >_>
i'm thinking of making a sort of "protect the VIP" type game where theres a sniper team who needs to kill the leader and the other team is supposed to protect this leader if they reach the extraction point (clear across the map) they win, but if the snipers kill the vip they win. thinking about how to make it more balanced

[editline]08:14PM[/editline] Anyways does anyone really enjoy Grifball that much? I find it enjoyable for around 20 minutes then it's just weird.
That's basically VIP
...you mean VIP? [editline]08:14PM[/editline] Anyways does anyone really enjoy Grifball that much? [editline]08:25PM[/editline] infection/zombies was way more fun on halo 2.
I'm already imagining a two flag CTF map based along the cliffs. Gonna use structures to make it kinda look like you're fighting on buildings built into the rock face and you're just on the exterior. Like in that example of using the jetpack to move around.
Anyways does anyone really enjoy Grifball that much? I find it enjoyable for around 20 minutes then it's just weird.
I fucking hate Grifball. But that could be because I hate getting hit with the gravity hammer.
I fucking hate Grifball. But that could be because I hate getting hit with the gravity hammer.
After countless games of Grifball and countless times of getting killed with the gravity hammer, I've found out the things needed to become a skilled Grifball player. These things are: Luck and a good, fast connection.
Giftball is pretty gay. The best improvement to it would be give everyone plasma pistols and 110% speed; actually decent melee with less random ass luck needed.
My favorite gamemode ever is Sumo Grande. It's in the action sack playlist.
My favorite gamemode ever is Sumo Grande. It's in the action sack playlist.
oh hell yes that gamemode is so much fun
I prefer the Gamemode where one team has to snipe the other team from a mile away while getting through a race track of death.
I prefer the Gamemode where one team has to snipe the other team from a mile away while getting through a race track of death.
You mean the one on sandbox and there's a team in the sky bubble on a giant platform with snipers and a team on ground level with a VIP and you have to get to various waypoints?
holy crap forge world -snip-
Forge world looks goddamn amazing
holy crap forge world [editline]09:35PM[/editline] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9N1Yo0hjXh8
holy crap posted like 5 other times
I hope Bungie puts a shitload of custom playlists and maps into matchmaking.

I'd take an energy sword over a gravity hammer any day.
Started up H3 again. Infection is this week's DXP playlist.
Started up H3 again. Infection is this week's DXP playlist.
Thank God, I get fucking sick of Grifball and Mythic Brawl. In other news: Forge 2.0 FUCK YEA
I need to start playing Halo 3 again to get my groove back before Reach shows up.
Infection? THIS WEEKEND'S PLAYLIST? FUCK ME MY FUCKING LIVE RAN OUT GODDAMN EVERYTHING FUCK [editline]07:05AM[/editline] Ffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu [editline]07:06AM[/editline] ALso there's a giant Q&A here:http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&link=BWU_072310 [editline]07:10AM[/editline] Also, Hemorrhage is still a single map that will be in matchmaking, but it's still part of Forge World. There's also Pinnacle, yet another part of Forge World but a separate map for matchmaking. Same goes for the cage.
forge world ftw and the best game mode is sandzooombies
I should've gotten the legendary edition. That statue looks fucking awesome.
Would totally get legendary if it weren't for the price. Just can't waste THAT much on a game.
