We can always hope for it in Reach :)
I hope that green buggy will be in Forge looks like a Mongoose and a Warthog combined.
You can't spawn elephants in forge world, but will they already be there so you can at least use them? So there is like a max of 2?
They're not there. There's not enough flat space for them to travel anyway.
On IGN Game Scoop they said the gameplay footage will be brand new and roughly 30 minutes long.
I'd say 343 became the main antagonist, yes. To be an antagonist, you don't have to be evil, you just have to oppose the main character(s). Truth/Regret were the antagonists of 2, and then The Gravemind and Truth were the antagonists of 3, with 343 returning for a small antagonistic bit. It's pretty much Halo 3 ODST that has lacked an actual specific foe.
[editline]04:29PM[/editline]
Also, that frigate part looks fake. There's no way Noble Six could pilot an entire frigate by himself.
343 only ended up like that as a result of Rampancy.
Man i love the Rampancy from marathon to Halo cliche.

Right, which makes him the antagonist . . .

Well unlike the others he just randomly went nuts.
It be like if Johnson just started to shoot everyone for no reason.
Why does the story need to fit into this particular cookie cutter anyways? What possible benefits does it have?
The 1st halo was complete win.
The 2nd one was a bit...eh
The 3rd one was shit.
Why does the story need to fit into this particular cookie cutter anyways? What possible benefits does it have?
It's called definition. A protagonist is the main character in a work. Master Cheif fits this in Halos 1, 2 and 3 and the overall plot of the Halo games. In Reach Noble Six is the protagonist, as we follow his adventure. Likewise, the Arbiter is the secondary character in Halos 2 and 3 and is the deuteragonist, even though you get to play him in several levels in 2.
Any character who blocks the protagonist(s) from achieving their task is the antagonist. Truth, Regret, Mercy, Tarterus and Gravemind are all antagonists, though Gravemind does temporarily ally with the protagonists he makes it clear that he only does so out of necessity and is planning on betraying them.
Spark, on the other hand, is an 'ally' for most of Halos 1, 2 and 3. Only becoming a real antagonist at the end of 3 when he decided to protect "his" ring. In Halo 1 he planned on firing Halo to stop the flood, and didn't consider John an enemy, more an ignorant, reluctant tool. In 2, as he had no ring to monitor, he helped who ever showed the most respect for protocol, and who he thought could be used to fire the Halo Array (the humans). In 3 he was an 'ally' for almost the entire game, only becoming a true antagonist once he considered the humans a threat to his plan to contain the flood. (Though he had probably been rampant for hundreds, if not thousands, of years by that point and become metastable, until the humans stood in the way of protocol by destroying Halo again.)
The 1st halo was good, though it had some balancing problems.
The 2nd one was okay, but had a great multiplayer.
The 3rd one was great, as it revitalised the single player and balanced the problems from Halo 2.
Fixed.

Fingers crossed that they will be uploading all of that footage onto some sort of website.

On a post I was reading on Bungie.net this "manager" was giving a lot of detail and said he'll be uploading a direct rip of the video to his youtube page.
http://www.youtube.com/user/SHADOWSTRIKE1
Still waiting :(
He had a video up before that said it ripped wrong and he's working on it. But that was soon removed.

I guess a cam upload is better then nothing.
Was hoping for some direct feed footage though.
That means that 2041 Tenneant is also rampant from the glow of red.

It was going to be direct footage but it has an encryption or something so he cannot RIP it.
Hopefully it will not suck.
That means that 2041 Tenneant is also rampant from the glow of red.
Not really.
Not really.
That or bungie forgot about it.
Lets see there were 7 of them for each ring..5 more to discover.

Quality video wise is bad. Audio is good though.
Apparently the uploading or something is messed so part 2 of the video has been uploaded before part 1. (the URL leads to PART 2 of the video)

He could just be red. Spark went red because he was pissed off and armed his weapons systems, not because he was rampant. (Which I believe he probably already was before the event of Halo:CE) And Cortana goes slightly pink when she's pissed off.

Red means theyre in their combat state.
Does anyone else feel now that the Falcon only holds 3 people, its now just a giant Hornet except the Banshee beats it.
Bring back the Hornet as well!

It's heavier and does more damage than the Banshee, however. You have two turrets on it along with the guns and missiles that the pilot has. It's also really good for transporting people. Like a flying warthog but with a ton more firepower.

I'm guessing you didn't read the weekly update, in multiplayer it only holds 3 people, the pilot and 2 gunners. No 2 passengers like it will in campaign. :(
The Transport hog can be driven in MP map however it's kinda tricky and really not worth it anyway.

I was unaware that only having three people means it's completely worthless. I'm very aware it has a pilot and two gunners, which why I said flying warthog but with more firepower. Warthog held three people, bro.
Sorry, I was just under the impression you thought it still took 5 people when you said it was really good for transporting people.

Red is combat state, but Spark was Rampant. He turned on everyone and tried to kill them because they tried to fire the ring - which was what they went to do in the first place. How was he going to fire the ring if everyone was dead?

You can't get in the back though, only the host can drive it and that's it. I liked that you could get in the back in ODST though, that was fun.

The Hog is pretty good for getting people places and it only holds three. Same with the Hornet. I think it'll be just fine.

He was planning to fire it once it was complete, which would take a few more days IIRC. He was under the assumption everyone was peachy with waiting. Once he realized that they wanted to fire it early and essentially destroyed the arc, he followed his programming and attacked them, albeit he was going rampant anyways, it was probably only a matter of time.

Pilot has no weapons.
Spark probably was on the verge of absolute rampancy, god knows how long it's been since the Forerunners died. But really, he was just following programming the whole time. With his installation, his goal is to maintain the ring for a reclaimer to fire it. I suppose MC posed a threat to the installation if he wasn't going to fire it, and put an AI into the ring's systems, but actually attacking him to try and fire the ring himself seems like a sign of rampancy. With installation 04 gone he didn't have much purpose for that bit of programming, so I guess he was just hangin' around with the heretics doing dick all and providing information. Makes some sense if that gas mine thing was on the gas giant near 04, Spark was just going to the nearest Forerunner place. And then later when the Elites bring Spark to Earth, he had reclaimers to help according to his programming. But once the ring he was charged with was rebuilt, he was back to being focused on the preservation of his installation and doing the reclaimers' bidding. The former of which overrides the latter, though thinking back on it, he definately was going rampant.
That new update was nice and juicy.

Spark was rampant out the ass, he was even showing signs in Halo 1(the humming). His programming dictated that he must defend Installation 04 by any means necessary, he failed before, and now there was a new one to work with. So he killed Johnson and got his ass vaporized by Arby and Chief.
