So, let's talk multiplayer maps. Seeing as how this is THE LAST Halo game, would you guys buy a separate disk with every single Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo 3 maps (cutting out, of course, true remakes)? I know it's a lot to ask of Bungie, but I think they should do it. I'd pay $30-$40 for something like that. I miss Boarding Action and Hang Em High.

It'd be great to have all the maps in one game.

Also went to play some Halo 2 multiplayer by myself to fool around and then it went "Could not connect to Xbox live, maps corrupt re-download" ): Oh well, atleast I still have the maps from the first map pack that was released on disc

He may have spent as much as up to a decade in cryo (some 'long' slip-space jumps could take months at a time).

I was confused on Silent Cartographer because I didn't wait for Cortana and the other person to start talking so I thought I was too late or something.

So this exlusive waypoint armour you get for achievements, do i have to do the achievements [for Halo 3 and ODST] before reach comes out?

And despite the hate I actually thought 2's ending was pretty damn epic too.

According to B.net interpretations ODST is a better Dante's Inferno than Dante's Inferno.

The ODST campaign is designed differently. It takes place in a predominately urban environment, whereas the H3 campaign takes place in a more undeveloped area. ODST is designed for a squad-esque mechanic, where the H3 campaign centers around a more lone-wolf type character. That's my theory as to ODST's perceived weaknesses. I have been enjoying ODST aside from walking between missions.

New Mombasa is beautiful enough that I didn't mind.

Man i wish Bungie would still let players find a way to do that, instead of barriers of death.

I have a little theory as to what's going to happen with the games. If this is the 'last Halo game' and Bungie have a contract with Activision to develop a new series then.. Microsoft certainly won't sell over the Halo franchise to Activision so that Bungie can keep making it.. so I think then perhaps Reach WILL be the last Halo title and Bungie create a new franchise that follows what happens to Chief after he entered the portal.. and possibly write him into a Marathon re-make or something similar. It's a pretty weak theory but remember a few folk at Bungie have now confirmed that Master Chiefs story is not over and it would be an asshole move to not finish it off and based on the fact that Microsoft [B]would never[/B] sell the Halo title to another distributor, then the continuation of Master Chiefs plot can't be in a Halo title.. then maybe whatever Bungie make with Activision will use Master Chief. [editline]02:55AM[/editline] Or they're not making another game with MC because they're making a damn movie called 'Halo' that follows the events post-Halo 3

Master Chief is a copyrighted character. Doesn't work. Movie would make no sense. People have trouble following Halo 3, introducing a whole new audience to the events *after* Halo 3 would be plain ludicrous. A movie would have to be a retelling or another kind of self contained story.
