Bungie better put in the Local 4 player splitscreen opition. Man that was one thing ODST lacked.

I don't think the xbox could handle it.

The xbox can handle it fine. The engine can't. That was why it wasn't in ODST. Since the whole game was an offshoot of the campaign engine rather than the MP engine, which can do it just fine. Hopefully the updated engine for Reach can handle 4 way splitscreen in campaign. Halo is the last bastion of sanity in a world that thinks 1 on 1 is supposed to be fun.

So has Reach been leaked again then? I wouldnt know because I decided to go dark a few days ago.

You get the recon helmet for pre-ordering it in the UK, so if you pre-order the Xbox from some UK retailer like GAME or something like that you should be good.

Hunters are freaking huge! [img]http://jarocks.com/~tjf/images/shotguncomparison.png[/img] Not mine I found it on the Bungie forums. (The image assumes the shotgun is the same length in both games)

Because I can see the Bungie logo I'll assume it's an official picture. Anyways, the Chief is huge compared to the other spartans. He's the same size as Jorge, I think that's the big dude's name, which is why the hunter looked small. Now you play as a smaller spartan and the hunters are huge. I'm excited for that. :dance:

The SPARTAN-IIIs were still like 6'8", 6'9", though, so... even given the height difference the Hunter model in Reach is obviously WAY bigger.

Oh also what kind of customization are we gonna have for the campaign? Just colours or full customization just like online? Because the preorder helmet Recon has "for use in campaign and multiplayer" in it's description.

Hmm FacepunchReach only has 7 friends still. Whoever owns the account details should hand them over to someone whos more active.

Need some people to do annual, deja vu and the firefight Vidmasters with. Anyone be willing to help?

Only in Halo matchmaking can you win 15 rounds to go up 3 levels, then lose 2 rounds and be back where you started. I'll help with any Vidmaster achievements, matchmaking is starting to frustrate me.

15 rounds = 3 levels? :wtc: It takes me 2 wins to go up a level and 2 losses to go down. Seems fair in my opinion.

It's why you'll see people with 1-2k EXP still in their 10s or 20s. An example: 2 days ago I was playing with a group in Team Slayer, one of them had 1.3k EXP and was rank 25 while I was rank 21. By the time I got up to 31, she still hadn't gone up once. We played probably more than 30 rounds, winning most of them and only losing a few.

Only once from 30 to 40 did I have to win 3 matches instead of 2.
