I hate pre-order bonuses such as those. At least just have them are already unlocked. Not exclusive.
Exactly. And GameStop has a monopoly on them, so you have to pay more for a game than elsewhere.
You can also get the Recon helmet by preordering from Amazon, you just don't get the armor piece, and there will be no other way to get them, if you don't preorder you will never be able to get those armor pieces.

The hologram armor ability reminds me of the spy's disguises in TF2. No one will use it when people figure out the differences between hologram and player. That guy walked right by the hologram because he knew it was a clone.
It's nice seeing a match played by competent people, most of the PR stuff is just horrible. I start to see the point of Waypoint although I still don't understand what it is (haven't connected to Live in years)

Halo Waypoint does a couple of things.
It acts as a hub for all the Halo games, comics, books, and such. Often has previews for halo games before anywhere else.
Also, it tracks your progress over all the Halo titles. Compeleting challenges and getting achievements will unlock stuff in a certain game (Like recon armor) or it might unlock stuff for your avatar.
I don't give a shit about my avatar, I made it as generic as possible so I would fit in. I thought Recon was unlocked through the Bungie website, however.

That Endure try was actually pretty fun.
Anyone else really enjoy Team SWAT in the beta? I felt the DRM required more aiming proficiency because you couldn't sweep over someone's head and get a kill due to the burst fire of the BR.

I was the best at that game type cause I got use to the DRM very quickly.
