Playing through Halo: CE just now and then Halo 2, ODST and Halo 3. What was the 'correct' order again? Is it Halo 1, First 2 missions of Halo 2, ODST, Rest of Halo 2, Halo 3?

The flair is probably just a emblem on your service tag simular to the campaign ones in Halo 3.

I heard that you get stuff for getting achievements in Halo 3 and ODST. What are they exactly? Also, I have Combat Evolved and I've installed it multiple times. Does that mean I get that flair they speak of? Do I need to enter my keycode into Xbox Live Redeem Code thing?

Probably some sort of armour related to the game you completed. You have to have played online at least once. And you enter your code into a bungie.net when the time is right.
