I'm fairly certain its not an armor piece. I heard its just a tag that appears by your name or something. Though I cany say I know for certain.
About the Halo 1 flair thing, will the code work if you've played Custom Edition before the set date or not? Because I can only remember actually playing CE online before then, not sure about the normal one.
Either way, I have 2 CD keys that I can try when it gets to the time.

Some how I doubt thats all they would give you.
I don't see how you can get every Halo 3 achievement. Especially the online ones.

I'll be fine with my Halo 1 and 2 flair. I'll be damned if I spend days trying to get 2 spartan laser kills at once in high ranked Lone Wolves.

Overkill is hard to get? It was one of the first achievements I got:

Just try to go for it in a Lone Wolves game with an objective. Most people will be going for the objective instead of running around hunting for kills (except for try hard wannabes who make super c00l montages.)
I almost got the Two for One achievement, but he beat down the other guy right as I fired. At rank 45, you'll rarely get a chance to get a double kill with it (especially since most maps don't have a Spartan Laser in the Lone Wolves playlist)

Bubble shield is such an ace camping device, I can't wait to get a shotgun on Stockpile, throw that drop shield down, and hide all three flags inside, watching as the idiots keep running inside.

That's if that ability is available for choosing through the loadouts. I doubt it would be.
Then pick it up, since I'm sure it's in SOME multiplayer mode.

I doubt it would show up in any gamemode with objectives, since it'll be an armor ability, that means the entire team could just choose the drop shield and overlap the objective. Although, Drop shields might not show up in normal MP at all, just like the Mortar Strike.
The whole team can already overlap all entrances on Powerhouse with armor lock
I've still yet to get Steppin's Razor in Halo 3, it pisses me off as that's the only way to get the Aesthetic helmet for the Sangeheili.
I guess I should consider myself lucky seeing as how I have a highest skill of 10 in Lone Wolves. Getting the free-for-all achievements should be easier then.

Pre-ordered Reach (standard edition :woop:), one month to go.
Getting all the H3 and ODST achievements wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the online achievements, and only the ones that require a lone wolves match. Most campaign achievements are fairly easy to get when you have a partner or two.
Whens the next endure session?
