I'm glad they didn't make a bunch of completely circumstantial achievements specific to certain playlists/maps.

The only reason they added Vidmaster achievements was because they felt giving recon to select people was a mistake.
Vidmaster reach achievments. Better have red energy swords.

Also, if SPARTAN-IIIs are so much more advanced than IIs, why do they take fall damage and have incomplete regenerating health
They're wearing the older suit, think of it as Halo 1, you could take fall damage and your suit wouldn't recharge your health.
I just beat Halo 2, man it was satisfying to beat a game, I haven't played through an entire game in a LONG while.

Also I finally beat ODST's campaign. It was actually pretty fun and decent, minus the whole MOMBASA STREETS LOL segments. I liked relating to the Rookie, he's like the only silent protagonist in the Halo video game series, even Noble Six will have a voice.

Yeah it's satisfying to see the end credits and feel like a badass
The music during the credits is great, it's the same music they use at the end of Halo 3.
Looks like the Halo: Reach ARG is beginning. I was part of Halo 2 and Halo 3's ARG campaigns, and they were a lot of fun. I figured you guys might be interested.

The thing is, they aren't. They're just the next generation of Spartan. They're +1 in increment, but -1 in stature.

Alternate Reality Game. It's an interactive "surreal" thing that game developers do for the fans, to keep them happy, and to stealthily give them a heap of new info. Valve did one for Portal 2.
