Im glad they kept the whole "cortana is based on a younger halsey" Also does anyone else think that Emile was a pretty badass voice considering he isnt much a talker.

That was Halsey? I expected her to look younger. I haven't read the books though so i don't know anything about her. When Emile talked he reminded me of cole from GoW2.

Not that beautiful, but definitely has a striking appearance. I wonder who she was talking to there, Bungie sure loves to tease. It better be a character we already know (although I'm betting on N6)

Because most of the time the people who like the game are off playing the game.(THough in this case the people who don't mind reach are just checking out all the cool stuff and doing other things.) You should check out the bitching on the Bioware forums for Dragon Age. They are whining about EVERY single detail of DA2, it's sad really.

That last ViDoc has gotten me even more pumped for Reach. I didn't even think that was possible.

The people on the Bungie.net forums are more spoilt than a Valve fanboy "Durr is that all theyve given us?"

I'm completely avoiding all spoilers, especially the Bungie.net forums. There was a spoiler answer in the "Lost Interview" and I skipped it. I'm serious about this shit.

Seeing all the live action trailers makes me think that Halo would work better as a TV series rather than a movie, the comics and novels and other expanded stories are more episodic. Though that's not saying that the main trilogy of games couldn't be movies, however.

A Halo movie would suck, they would have to explain to much to the people who have never played or read anything Halo related. A TV series could work however.

A TV series could work however.[/QUOTE] Not really, Doom worked as far as being a standalone movie, it didn't have to explain much just like Hitman and other game-to-film movies.. hardcore fans would understand it but to the average viewer it's just an action movie based on that popular series they heard about on Xbox. Even then 80% of the audience for a Halo movie would be Halo fans. Also a movie leaves room for sequels and prequels, not to say I'd want that at all but if they were to do it, they would surely make it work. Perhaps if it was a 2 hour long movie it could explain a bit of history, depending on which timeframe it is based on. If it was on Master Chief they could pull a Star Wars and have a stuntman play the body and just let the original MC voice actor do the voice work. [editline]04:46PM[/editline] I'm straight up jumping into Legendary mode when I get Reach, I'm not even going to work up to it.. Not only do I want to savour the campaign for as long as possible but I want to complete a Halo game on Legendary on my first run through, I usually start on Normal or Heroic. Plus hopefully theres a tasty Legendary ending.

I have mixed feelings about Legendary. Usually Heroic is challenging enough on the first try, but then again... Shit, I think I'll start with Legendary too. I don't mind if it takes a couple days longer to complete it.

Everyone is going to remember to watch through the credits at the end right? Every Halo game had something special at the end.
