No, they were talking about Noble Team at the time, so they must have been on Reach. Also, awesome gif.

As someone mentioned earlier, I think she's probably talking to Cortana. Also, this is speculative and I have [I]not[/I] read the novels, but it sounds like Noble Six will be the last one standing on Reach. I'm guessing maybe your last mission is to get Chief onto the Pillar of Autumn, and to defend until the ship takes off. That could be where the space ship level comes in (cause you know how Bungie likes to end in vehicles).

I doubt he'd do anything related to the Chief getting away, in canon he was only on Reach for a short mission during the attack, but was called back up to do a mission in space (directly after they went into Slipspace)
I don't think the Chief even knew about the Spartan 3s
Noble 6 wouldn't be the last one on Reach, since Halsey and multiple other people are hiding underground during the siege (and they stay there for quite a while, almost all the way to just before the beginning of Halo 2)
He'll probably be sent off on some secret mission from Oni or Halsey related to some kind of Forerunner planet (or maybe he'll just die on Reach, we're gonna have to wait to find out)

Man I need to wrap up playing Halo 3 before I move onto Reach.
I was hoping to raise my skill at least to 40, if not 45. Not exactly hard, I just play social all the time. Also need around 40 exp until I reach 900, which advances me another level.
I gave up on achievements because I only have 5 left, three of which are only available in Lone Wolves. The only other reasonable one left is getting a sword spree on Orbital, I just haven't had much luck whenever I play that map. Last one is 3+ oddball kills or something...can't remember the last time I even played oddball.

Doubt it, by the time the Spartans were on Reach, Insurgents were the LAST thing the UNSC would be worried about.
Maybe on reach, but probably quite a bit before the fall.

Actually, the first mission of the game is Noble Team investigating a sabotaged communications relay under the impression that it was insurrectionists, but to their surprise it was The Covenant.
