The nomads have taken out my empire. screw this game.

I think we should all declare war on them, I don't like their expansion.

That should probably be left to the leadership to decide. Only defensive preparations seem prudent at this time, and if mrbob does not agree with an attack- Well, we couldn't want to offend the [del]galactic emperor in the making[/del] president extraordinaire.

We are too far from Nomad space to fight effectively.

The server Dargons runs on is consistently shit. You guys already have magmex and vulcanite, right? I think I might just abandon this craphole system. Since there is no habitable planet in the system I can't auto-import and I think it'll be too much effort to support the planet by shipments.

I just got in recently (ingame name is Trogdorius) and have been learning how to play so i might be useful to the facepunch empire, unfortunately things got pretty bad. I found an unnamed system within 4 pc of luaville and decided to colonize there because it was close to other colonies. when i finally landed at the best planet, no one was on so i logged out for a while and came back after reading up on how to construct a flag and set up a colony and when i got back, my crew had either starved to death or had been eaten by the monster that had somehow gotten on board. i used their corpses to make the flag, making sure they would aid the empire even in death (i also ate the other half) now i have no clue how to pilot my own ship back for more crew members or work on the newly constructed flag and dirt roads as it was all i could place down and if someone was on while i am i would appreciate a lift/help

Well, try considering what fertilizer is usually made from.. Tech levels improve buildings slightly, but most importantly, allow you to build bigger and more powerful space vessels. Check your mail (F2), reports should appear every 13 or so minutes to tell you how much your city has, and how much it is spending. It'll also tell you the storage capacities for goods and money. Note: Your empire won't produce any DOSH until you declare it (which allows you to be invaded). Also, growing stuff from the environment is typically slower than irrigation and the like.

Luaville is now overpopulated and is suffering penalty for it. :< I think its time for me to establish a lumenite base, build warp drive capable ships, and move onto more fertile lands. ;)

Must earn some money to build myself a ship then. Oh, and blazingfly, I see that I am no longer in control of Luaville, which is fine since I haven't been on lately. But even though I don't get the mails I can still see what needs to be done. First of all, you need more ore mines. Then you should build some ice plants. You need water to make farms easier, and there is plenty of ice on that mountain. And see how many jobs you have. I believe the overpopulation drain comes from having to many unemployed people. Just build whatever you need that generates jobs, and that should even things out. You also need to make medic kits and various clothing and armor. Going to see if I can manufacture something to earn money now. Need over $100000 to buy my simple design, so yeah. Awesome. Just earned myself 100 grand through manufacturing metal armor. Then I see that the lumenite production hasn't actually gone up, yet I have seen a colony on the closest moon or something. Damn. Oh well, I'll just play later today when someone else is on. Maybe I can get a lift to an empty habitable system.

Also, overpopulation has nothing to do with jobs, its simply that the planet can not really 'support' that many citizens.

I want to find my own system instead, got more control over things then. Ah, yes. Lumenite must be fixed. Oh, that's right. Need to build enough stuff to counteract the morale loss then. With plenty of shops and different kinds of food and booze, you can push it really far. Anyway, going to play in an hour or so. Hope the lag isn't so bad I cannot move again.

Hi, Small question sorry to interupt. What, The fuck; Is Shores of Hazeron. The only info I can get is some dipship messing around on fraps with his UI and the wiki tells me how to manage resources; not what the game is about. :(

[/QUOTE] ice plants are useless we have like 6 water treatment facilities pulling in cubic tons of water every process we have loads of food There's like jobs for 1000 people created artificially through hydrogen refineries and hydrogen power plants

Quite complex in some ways.

Also morale seems to be going up nicely. What research does our emperor Bob need, Luaville has 759k in it's treasury so I guess we could research something for originworld.
