If it is the same guy, then he is acting without consent from the Nomad Empire it seems. One of our leaders should go into proper diplomatic talks with the Nomads. If someone attacks, we should of course defend ourselves, but none of us should attack unless under orders by our superiors. We are after all not the leaders of the Empire, and we must follow the chain-of-command.

We should still arm up, my city alone tributes over 150K of money so we have plenty to spare I'm sure. Oh god I've entered lag.

This battleship will be expensive to buy, and expensive to make. And I hope its worth it.

The person on board that warship is stuck in limbo. I already informed you that he would be there, and hasn't been able to retreat because of the fact that he's stuck. Feel free to demolish it, but if you feel the need to declare war on an issue that I've already informed you is outside of empire control, it would make your empire appear impulsive and weak.

He just told me he was actually online (despite being off steam and vent) and was on his way back and his crewmen automatically fired at your ship. He's been on his way out.

Finished the tutorial,even if when I spawned some faggot killed me and stole my knife. The game runs smooth but the movement is laggy as fuck. And now I have no idea what to do
