Halo Reach looks absolutely awesome. Tons of new stuff, better looking stuff, etc. Oh, did I mention you can fly the Falcon (the love child of the hornet and the pelican) in MULTIPLAYER as well as campaign? That alone proves how much bigger multiplayer is. Also, :v: :respek: :byodood: more player customization!

SPARTAN II's do appear. In fact, Jorge is a SPARTAN II. Other MK 5 S-II's appear as well.

This is my opinion of the franchise;
Halo: Combat Evolved (Xbox and PC): pretty damn epic for its time, multiplayer was great on PC.
Halo 2 (Xbox and PC): great multiplayer, awesome maps, ok story.
Halo 3: awesome multiplayer (despite all the little kids), slight better story that Halo 2, 4 player co-op was awesome.
Halo Wars: :geno:
Halo 3 ODST: ok story, only fun with 4 players in co-op, firefight was ok but needed more maps, look at Halo 3 for multiplayer.
Halo REACH: looks really promising, only Halo game I ever got excited about, curious about the multiplayer.

It's funny how better it looks compared to Halo 3 on the same hardware. It's like we've gotten to the point where it's no longer next gen and last gen, just one gen.
Of course, later games always look better than older games, but this one really makes it apparant. I was always a halo fan and while I liked Halo 2-3 (never tried ODST) they never did anything big, this game seems to really do something big, it's a big overhaul with alot of new stuff (check out that sprinting!)

They reworked the entire engine which allows them to put more polies in.

Looking at Reach again makes me yell in rage that Shitrosoft refuses to make game consoles that aren't made of balsa wood and sand.
I had a first generation 360 since it came out, and then one day it died.
Bought a 360 elite, and it didn't last four months. What the flying fuck.
I also have to figure out a way to get a hold of my old gamertag and a router in order to play the MP beta.
The assassination kill looks really awesome, far better then Modern shitcrap 2's insta-knife bullshit.
I just hope the marksman rifle has a decent rate of fire.

You must be really unlucky. Or buying used ones.. or ones in mexico or some other country that's not america or uk. My friend has never had to send his elite in for repairs or anything and he's had it... well, as long as elites have been available, I guess. I've had to send my plain white 360 in 3 times (first time because of magnet dust. Beware my friend's house.) 2nd time was because of the hard drive, 3rd time was because of melting plastic dripping on the chip. (finally they moved the part that heats up AWAY from the chip.)
But, all of that has happened since the 360 came out.
I won't complain because the 360 is superior, so far, to the p(of)s3 or the wiitard, in my opinion (better graphics, proven, more stuff possible, better controller, yadda yadda.)

Maybe i can get back into liking the franchise. Halo 3 MP was a big disappointment, ODST was fun to a point.
Halo: Reach just looks plain badass.
This looks pretty awesome. I was disappointed when I first saw them making all the Spartans unique to appeal to 12 year olds but after I saw this video I think its for the better since its more "story driven" or so they say.
And for for the record all my friends in real life and my brother who get RROD's lots take shit care of their 360's

It's a matter of story. All of the SPARTAN-II's besides John, Linda, and I think Liu are defending the MAC generators and get absolutely slaughtered. That woudn't make for a very good game.
