The IS a a tvtropes page for it though. [sp]Now your night is ruined, muahahaha![/sp]
I want to see him use Jessie on one last mission. Zaeed's VA is a staple of Bioware games, I can't imagine him not being in ME3 in one form or another.
I just looked up his IMDB. I might have to dig up and watch Galaxy Quest 1 more time. :xd:
If I have to kill Wrex to gain the Salarians support, I'm gonna give the Salarians the interstellar finger and tell them to bugger off. Wrex was a loyal squad mate from the start, and he actually calls you his friend in ME2 (which is saying a fucking LOT for a Krogan). If the Salarians want me to kill a friend to gain their support then they can die in the coming reaping for all I care. I don't really care for the rest of the Krogan species to be honest, but Wrex is a bro.

Totally new to ME2 and this thread, but how did they optimize ME2 so well, it runs PERFECT on my computer and it looks awesome.
Why do people like Ashley and Kaidan so much They're both boring
Exactly why it was so difficult to choose who to kill. It came down to who was the most useless in combat.
Bro*Force shall not be sundered for any race. So ay we all.
Friends above all else! I'm not going to sacrifice my friend to help a bunch of stubborn lizards!
Friends above all else! I'm not going to sacrifice my friend to help a bunch of stubborn lizards!
Amphibians :science:
Amphibians :science:
Alright, amphibians, whatever. Point is: fuck them. I like the Salarians as a whole more than the Krogans, but ask me to sacrifice a friend like Wrex and I'll be forced to abandon your species.
Jack, Legion, Grunt, Wrex and Zaeed. Other ones would be ok to have but without them, something is missing. With Wrex in charge of the Krogan, aggressive tribes who would expand pointlessly aqnd cause another Krogan rebellion are being killed off. If there was a large expansion now, Urdnot would have an advantage in the arms race and with their goal of preventing the need for another Genophage, other tribes would have a hard time overcoming it. If there was time before another expansion, Wrex's attitude would become a major factor among tribes and they would all share the same view. In this, only upstart, aggressive tribes would expand rapidly and they would be classified as rogue but both the Krogans and aliens quickly annihilating them. A major factor is the differentiation between good Krogans and bad Krogans, once that happens the Galaxy will be on their side.
Quick question: I think I remember reading that there are higher resolution texture mods for Mass Effect on the PC... Anyone know where/how? I tried searching, but not much help.
What happened to the Quarian Geth peace idea?
You probably worked hard on that, but all I have to say is: Walters
Not really, I just have a lot of stuff in my head and writing long, pointless lore theories is entertainment. It's probably not what the writers are going to include but I don't care if I'm not predicting the future, argument is fun. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
What happened to the Quarian Geth peace idea?
Possible, but only if the Quarians can pull their gas masks out of their perfectly sterile asses. The Geth don't give a fuck because they can just make more platforms and ships with their awesome manufacturing, war is just a setback.
I honestly don't see all the hype in Garrus... I mean c'mon. Am I the only one?
I honestly don't see all the hype in Garrus... I mean c'mon. Am I the only one?
how dare you
The Rachni Queen says she is thankful, and will not forget....and after more than 2 years, she probably has a sizable population, who is bred knowing you helped them against the wishes of others. Sounds like a safe bet for an ally.
Not to mention they're exactly like the Buggers from Ender's Game in every single way. So I'm guessing you'll go up to them and they'll be all "It doesn't concern us Sheperd bla bla music bla do something in return", then you'll probably have to go get one of the races off their backs. Because that's what the Buggers would do. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
What happened to the Quarian Geth peace idea?
Well Tali and Legion shook hands and fingered each other's buttholes in my game so I'm assuming that they'd be somewhat open to the idea of peace. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
The part I really hate is I know the Krogan Rebellions will come back with a vengeful if we side with the Krogan, Wrex is an amazing leader sure, but he's only one Krogan who will have to control a population with exponential growth.
I thought Wrex was okay with the genophage at this point? Like, he saw it as a means to give his people some direction?
I thought Wrex was okay with the genophage at this point? Like, he saw it as a means to give his people some direction?
He was ok with the Genophage up until he discovered the base, and could've (or was) killed trying to reason with Shepard to preserve it until he was convinced the Krogan bred there would be little more then slaves. That issue doesn't exist with the Salarian/Krogan decision (at least that we know of) so I can guarantee Wrex would be all over that.
What are the stakes in it? Do the Salarians just want to kill Wrex because he's trying to unite the Krogan or is it something to do with the Genophage? Either way, fuck the lizard men. Krogan soldiers are a million times better than anything the Salarians can offer.
I hope we get some non-squadmate allies in ME3, ME2 seems empty sometimes with everyone shooting at you.
Never played ME before, friend gifted me ME1 on the download manager thing because of that deal. 16 hours to completion... :saddowns:
Never played ME before, friend gifted me ME1 on the download manager thing because of that deal. 16 hours to completion... :saddowns:
Play it and your life will be complete. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
Do tell about your first impressions of the game :buddy:
Beautifuly made at the least. Having fun so far.
Wait a second he gifted me ME2 instead of 1, I guess that's better?
Wait a second he gifted me ME2 instead of 1, I guess that's better?
You should really play 1 first.
You probably worked hard on that, but all I have to say is: Walters
You can do better than that. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
Wait a second he gifted me ME2 instead of 1, I guess that's better?
ME2 is a better game overall and longer. If you don't want to play ME1, you can watch the story here. It's more than a walkthrough, and it's pretty interesting. Even if you don't watch it, you won't have much trouble adapting to ME2's story.
Wait a second he gifted me ME2 instead of 1, I guess that's better?
ME1 is a much better RPG/has a better story, ME2 is better in game-play regards.
