I always sent Ashley to the bomb site because I wanted to save both Kaidan and the Salarians, and rationalised it to myself be saying, "Ashley's really fucking xenophobic so I think Kaidan would work better with them."

I was going for the 'paragon who abandoned the council and became a member of the new council' scenario (which I filled all of the criteria for). It's a rather large decision as far as decisions in the ME universe goes.

Seems reasonable. I can't really think of Shepard starting to romance someone in the middle of galactic destruction and all. Better to stick with those that has already been established

Yes, because Mark Vanderloo doesn't want to be portrayed as a gay guy. They still make all the gay scenes and dialouge, but they leave it locked out. Then the community just happen to find them and hack them back into the game.
