It was an instant buy anyway Mass Effect 3 but you get what i mean.

Since everyone in my first playthrough on Mass Effect 2 Survive the Suicide Mission, does that mean they will all be in Mass Effect 3 then/make an appearance in or whatever?
No Tali
No Miranda
No Jacob :smithicide:

Oh shit it's Ashley
:unsmith:
No Tali?
I'm ok with this.
From a lulz aspect. I will laugh my ass off if they retcon her out of existance.
From an actual game/story standpoint. I'll be annoyed a decent character is wrote out and that one of my games will have a meaningless LI than.
I don't have the magazine, but here's a scan from the link I posted.

Shit quality, but it gets the point across.
Looks like Ashley got some hair extensions, and implants. Who's she trying to impress, the Reapers? :v:
Ashley is new Miranda
Ashley is new Miranda
Shame I killed her.
Oh well, I'll get over it.
I bet James Sanders is a Colonel.
And we call him Colonel Sanders.
I'm concerned that they're going to make Reapers weak as hell. I mean they're semi-immortal gods, with one taking out an entire fleet before being destroyed simply due to luck. It would just be insulting towards the canon or the entire point of Mass Effect 1 to make them seem anything less then indestructible.
Which leads us to the problem they have now; how the hell do you kill something you clearly established to be god-like and innumerable in the first game? You either have to retcon (never goes well) or find a deus ex machina (can't see Bioware doing that) to even have a chance at survival.
When i saw that wallpaper it made me remind of a commercial on TV, it would hilarious is this happened with the reapers.

So fucking happy Garrus is coming back as a squaddie. Now I'm just crossing my fingers for Legion as well.
Also, I wonder why Cerberus would be trying to kill Shep. I doubt that changes if you're renegade in ME2, so it should be interesting. Maybe TIM gets indoctrinated?
Yay! They made Ashley the generic space slut #2670.
But seriously, me3 begins to sound pretty awesome.

Tali's fan base implodes with rage. Totally worth it.

Is it bad that I didn't notice this was actually Ashley until just now? What caused such a sudden change from ME1/2 to this?

Her hair is down, she's wearing make-up, and she evidently got implants from a B to about a DD. Because why not?

It's just Cerberus being Cerberus.
Maybe Shep sells TIM out in the trial.

hell yeah I didn't either
Pretty excited, want to play ME2 again.
Come online,
see Kotaku,
see cover
That counts as Fuckyouup
Not on insanity it doesn't. It's worthless compared to the terminus cannon.
Grunt is terrible
You really suck at this game, and probably shouldn't be playing insanity to begin with.
Perhaps the Reapers are invading Africa because it's empty.
I mean, you don't necessarily hit the most populated area of a place first when you're invading. Instead, you hit a less populated area that is easily wiped out so you can set up a base of operations. The Reapers are smart, they might be powerful but they aren't careless. Even if they have the technology to completely wipe out everyone without breaking a sweat, they probably go about things in a very tactical way, not even willing to risk casualties (considering how difficult it is to make another Reaper).
ME earth has 11 billion people and Africa is empty?
Also I'm not gonna spoil myself and read the scans, gonna wait for my copy
Also I'm not gonna spoil myself and read the scans, gonna wait for my copy
I'm gonna try that too. From now on that is.
Also I'm not gonna spoil myself and read the scans, gonna wait for my copy
Dammit, I don't think they sell the magazine where i live. Hopefully Gamereactor will get some info with their next issue instead
I definitely will look for Game Informer next time I'm at a place that sells magazines (anywhere)... I don't care it it's spoilers, I hate surprises anyway.
Nah in the Earth codex they talk about how it's still as typical
Haloverse sounds like a more fun place to live, at least Africa is reasonably developed there (see: New Mombasa)
They still don't get to live for 200 subjective years though
Some people question whether ME3 will be very good after DA2 being a disappointment to many, but DA2 team is not the same as ME3's team, so I am not worried. Also, Mass Effect has Casey Hudson as the director. He directed the following:
MDK 2 (2000)
Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn (2000)
Neverwinter Nights (2002)
Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic (2003)
Jade Empire (2005)
Mass Effect (2007)
Mass Effect 2 (2010)
Mass Effect 3 (2011)
Another thing, some people are saying ME3 isn't taking 2 years (year-wise, they may not have taken that much time depending on their release date within the year), but it will be close to it. All of those great games were released ~ 2 years apart, and ME3's engine is already setup as shown on the PS3. And, it was being worked on before ME2 was even released.
MDK 2 is the best Bioware game
Waiting for ME 2 to have Special Edition with DLC Pack.
Waiting for ME 2 to have Special Edition with DLC Pack.
I'm gonna be pissed if they do that. I spent all that money on each individual bit of DLC, and they'll probably have it all for what I paid for ME2 in the first place. Curse your future inevitable betrayal, BioWare!
Waiting for ME trilogy pack with all games and DLC

I rather have it, so I don't have to pay for all of them. They should only do it for the paid purchases, and not free DLCs.
Mass Effect Trilogy: Spectre edition
All 3 games and DLCs inside the N7 helmet, with a Spectre badge.
One can dream.
